Position Overview
StarShield Coverage is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive policy sales, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships. This role involves connecting with prospective clients, explaining insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and professional, with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and follow up with potential clients to offer insurance solutions
- Conduct virtual consultations to explain policy options and benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to optimize outreach
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Provide clients with professional guidance while adhering to compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer and CRM system proficiency
